No-phones policy
The Astro Club recently implemented a no-phones policy that has become part of its identity. Phones are sealed in pouches with unique locking mechanisms at entry. Unlocking stations are located near the club's exits. Cassandra Blake potentially spots Taylor across the bar at the end of the night, setting off the tribunal that opens Part Two. Taylor visited the club once for this purpose and found it not to his taste.
