Dr. Renee Vance is a faculty member in the Kinesiology department at Eastern Tsuga College and the faculty advisor to the ETC Cheerleading Club. She was a member of the ETC cheerleading squad when the Strawbridge Cheerleading Incident occurred in the mid-1980s. She stays at arms-length from the club now, not because she does not care but because she has no interest in drama. She was once just like Whitney Cavendish and Haley Wegner.
Personality and traits
Vance is polished and competitive by nature, qualities that defined her during her own time as a cheerleader. Her distance from the current club is a considered choice rather than indifference.
