Elisha is an Astraea Society member and one of three Party Ambassadors who organized and ran the Strip Relay party in Making the Grades: Kelly's Unveiling Book Two. She co-organized the event and helped clean up afterward. At the paddle punishment scene she expressed the most displeasure over Kelly Spaihts's conversation with Chelsea Zhou and ultimately voted for the paddles. Her surname has not been established in canon.
